[MCL-14839] Minecraft Versions Not Loading/Showing Up

When adding an installation and selecting what version type, they do not show up. I checked Admin/AppData/Roaming/.minecraft/versions and all the downloaded versions show up there. Then I checked if I needed to update Java, which I didn't, so now I'm confused.

Note: When downloaded forge, it does show up on the main menu, but not elsewhere.
