Its almost done loading then its Not Responding

When I launch the game its almost done loading (not on the launcher but the page in between the launcher and the game where its loading) it goes to it not responding. When I close it it says an error has occurred. I have left it open for about 20 minutes now and nothing has changed. Its my first time using it on this computer and I am using a PC. I restarted it though t still does not work.
