Minecraft launcher parts turn white visual glitch

When the minecraft game is minimized I experience a visual glitch wher parts of the launcher turn white.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected the launcher to behave normaly.

What actually happened was...:
I opened the launcher through the twitch app to play the modpack RLcraft using forge(version 14.23.5.2838) when i noticed that some parts of the launcher turned white as you can see in the screenshots. The visual glitch goes away after I hover with my cursor over the white parts.It doesn't affect the game.I can still press the play button.I don't experience this glitch on the normal minecraft launcher.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. You open the launcher.
2. Minimize the launcher if you have to.
3. Click with your cursor anywhere outside the launcher and some parts will turn white.(The visual glitch is worse on the skin tab.When you're on the skin tab you have to hover over the close button(the X) to trigger the visual glitch.The more you hover the worse it gets).

4.If you want the visual glitch to disappear hover over the affected parts with your cursor.
