odd error that won't start the game

I opened the launcher from my desktop and it asked my if i wanted to use my account (jjnelson151) or log in. So, I hit my account and then hit the play(not offline) button in the launcher and it was doing fine until this message came up:

Logging in with access token

After that message nothing happened so I went to the website it said on the top of the message, logged in, tested my java, and it still hasn't done anything. This is the first time this has ever happened and I've been playing with the same version for 3 months now. In fact I played it just last night and nothing happened. I don't know what to do or why this happened but if someone could help me that would be nice. Thanks!
