[MCL-15117] My Minecraft Launcher doesn't have all the versions

For some reason, my Minecraft launcher doesn't have all the versions. For example, it skips from 1.15.2 to 1.16.2 or from 1.9 to 1.12.2. Also, I don't have any of the versions lower than 1.9.

Note: I know that you go to "Installations" and click "New" to play on another version of Minecraft but for some reason when choosing the versions, I only have some of the versions. Attached is the picture of all the versions I have.
