[MCL-15182] 1.16.3 not showing up

So i was trying to join my minecraft server i play on and it said it had moved to 1.16.3 and i was like ok, i will just change my launcher to 1.16.3. I tried to change to 1.16.3 but it keeps saying 1.16.2 is the latest update. I play on a macbook air if that helps at all and I just don't understand why my launcher wont let me play on 1.16.3

Same, I play on my HP pavilion, I have snapshots enabled, re-installed launcher, cannot find 'latest release' nor use A 1.16.3 option. Help!

This is happening to me where it just says 1.16.2 is the latest update and I also have snapshots enabled

Same for me on OSX, with or without Use beta version of the Launcher checked. Another OSX machine on the same network successfully updated to 1.16.3 yesterday.
