Minecraft Launcher won't let me start the game

My Minecraft Java Edition won't start at all showing only "Exit Code: 0" with no possibility of getting a crash report and Minecraft game output window shows no log output whatsoerver. I just got a new computer, wanted to start it, it doesn't do anything. When trying to make the launcher go through troubleshooting, it says only "Incompatible program - Not solved". 

I don't have any mods nor anything extra installed, in fact, I haven't started this game on this computer yet, it just doesn't work. System specifications included
