1.7.10 crashes when hitting an ender crystal in a single player survival mode world

I have never experienced this bug before the new launcher it does not come with a crash report and says there was an unexpected error exit code: 0

This can be recreated by;

1. load up the game in single player in 1.7.10

2. summon in ender crystal or head up to one

3. make sure you're in survival mode

4. hit the crystal

5. game crahes
