On Minecraft Java loading screen, it infinitely loads, and when closing out it says "Java(TM) Platform SE Binary is not responding". The launcher comes back on and says exit code 0.

Try opening task manager and when minecraft opens right click the launcher and click end task this will fix things (MCL-16059). However, I am not getting my normal skin instead I am alex or steve. This might be a separate issue, though.
