I am playing on a MacBook Air and I have all the default settings Vanilla Minecraft installed 3+ times with Java Arguments, Executable, Game Directory, And Version all being up to date and default but the game always Crashes with the message “ERROR - Game Crashed, an unexpected error has occurred and the game has crashed. Exit Code: 0”. I looked it up and it said you don’t need Java to run Minecraft on macs because of the built in Java with the newer launchers but I still have the latests Java 8 271 Update on the computer nonetheless. So really everything in the launcher works, Java is up to date and running, but the actual Minecraft game will not open for some reason. Please Help Mojang, I bought your game over a year ago and still haven’t been able to play it, and with all of the hype about Minecraft nowadays... I’m really feeling left out :/ Thanks
Okay so here’s the deal, when I look for the crash reports in the Minecraft folder nothing shows up, and when I dive into the Minecraft game output log it just stalls endlessly with the message “Wait ing for log output…” Nonetheless, I was able to find the launcher_log.txt file (some of it may look silly but keep in mind that my account name has an emoji in it)
and got a hefty amount of intel
