Can't get it online or to respond properly

I cant get Minecraft Launcher online. Everything to do with my worlds saved, but I can only access through restarting my laptop and even then it HAS to be off-line. If its not it won't work. Even when I re connect it tells me I cant connect to the services and the internet is not an issue (I checked). Every time I click try again it tells me it won't work. I uninstalled it and re installed it but the problem is still the exact same. I've asked on discord servers and crap and even they could help for some reason. I can't get in servers, change my skin, go on realms or anything to do with that now. Then all it does it keep crashing.
