[MCL-16768] Not able to delete skins and duplicate skins

The bug:

hello I have found a bug that never happend to me, I wanted to delete my skin and go back to default steve skin and after playing sometime again I opened the launcher and and I clicked on skins tab and saw that my deleted skin is not deleted so what I did is is that I deleted the launcher and again installed the launcher but the deleted skin is still there pls help me out there.

how to reproduce:

(1)first open the launcher

(2)then click on skin tab

(3)delete the skin you don't want

(4)close the launcher

(5)again open up the launcher

(6)click on skins tab.

you will see that deleted skin is still there.

my mc java username: FROSTFIRE5575

I just found a folder in the .minecraft folder calles launcher_skins , go in there and select all and delete. i had like 30 skins stuck there and now there is only alex and steve. after that u can add back all the skins that u want.
