[MCL-16782] Launcher not opening

I went to start up Minecraft and this happened. I've reinstalled Java and the launcher, run the launcher as administrator but it continues to keep showing me this. Any Help?

Most commonly, a problem with this code is caused by mods. In the logs, one can usually identify which mod caused the error. (1) Completely delete all mods and install 1-3 mods. If it works, add a few more mods.

I haven't installed any mods on my Minecraft as I have a separate account for that

now this problem is happening with me when I run the game with optifine. but when I uninstalled the optifine the game runs fine without any crashes for a reason.
