Error While Launching(Instant Crash)

It does it for vanilla, optifine, and forge. I've tried the troubleshooting steps with uninstalling Minecraft, reinstalling it to a new file location, deleting the .minecraft folder(keeping my worlds and textures) When it gets done loading the bar after I hit play, it insta-crashes saying; "An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience Exit Code: 0" It doesn't give me any crash reports either.
