Game Crashes right as launcher finishes loading up

Whenever I try to play the game, the launcher always crashes right after it finishes loading. The problem started when I had to get a new hard drive since my old one was failing. I had the data backed up and transferred but I had to reinstall the programs themselves.

I also recieved this error message everytime it crashes

The game crashed whilst initializing game
Error: java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError
Exit Code: -1

I reinstalled java so it's updated to its latest. Please let me know what I can do!
