[MCL-1746] Play button un-clickable in Launcher 1.3 / Versions not loading

When i updated to 1.7.2 the launcher updated to 1.3 and since, i haven't been able to click the play button on any profile. I have restarted the launcher several times, but with no luck.

Please report launcher issues on the launcher page, not the Minecraft game page.
