I bought this for my daughter and am fine with her accessing through my Microsoft account. The issue is that there is no way to log in to my microsoft account from the launcher. Each time I click the button, I get the following error:
Failed to load the page.
Please check your internet connection and try Reload again.
Error message: ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED (code=-105).
My internet connections is fine and I have no issue logging into my account at your website.
