[MCL-17844] English texts in minecraft launcher in other languages

In the Minecraft Launcher, texts are in English even if the launcher has been set to another language, this could pose a problem for younger players

Hm. It seems like the translations are either outdated or they need to be approved before they're taken into the launcher. On Crowdin the German translation is complete and the strings in the screenshots are translated, but not yet approved.

Issue no longer occurs for Français - France language. Closing the ticket as fixed.
