My son can't play his game we can't start the game, the game begins to load but when the load bare gets near the end it bounces back and goes to the smaller MOJANG window a couple times and it fails to load as well and it displays the following error:

An unexpected error has occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
Exit Code 0
