Unable to open Minecraft, gets stuck on loading screen every time

Every time I open the launcher I open Minecraft as normal but when i get to the Mojang loading screen it gets stuck at like 95% and eventually stops responding. I've tried restarting, uninstalling/reinstalling, updated drivers, and even deleting everything on my computer related to Minecraft with no change in outcome. I'm not attached to my worlds on my computer, so if i need to reset something or what I'm up to do anything to get it working again. This problem has been a issue for like 3-4 days. Ill also mention I've tried from 1.15-1.17 with the same result.
