Launcher Tip when opening the launcher still says that migrations didn't start

A new message saying migration has began now also appears as the launcher finishes loading, however the old message is still present:

@unknown MCL-18510 is a different issue to this report and the other message I mentioned above as MCL-18510 is describing the message at the bottom of the launcher saying that migration has not began while this report is describing the message appearing as the launcher starts up.

Furthermore, the message I sent above shows that a message saying migration has started now appears but the old message has yet to be removed.

My point was that the message you were mentioning used to say that the accounts had not yet started being migrated but it was changed to say that they have now been migrated (see MCL-18510)

This issue seems to be fixed on the log-in screen but still not the loading screen

The launcher tip now states that migration has begun.
