My skin doesn't show up in the skin library. When I click onto the menu, the skin I added is invisible. Although, Steve and Alex show up perfectly fine. When I go to edit the skin, it appears perfectly fine in that menu.

Could you try to reinstall the Launcher? After deleting it, find .minecraft and delete the file - what is important that this file should be deleted from the trash bin, because corrupted files from the old .minecraft file may interract with the newly generated .minecraft file.
Does this issue occur on the newest version of Launcher?
Does this issue occur on minecraft.net website/MS store version of the Launcher?
Do you use VPN or any of the incompatible software on machine you try to log-in? https://minecrafthopper.net/help/known-incompatible-software/
Could you provide us with more in-depth repro steps?
