Im new to most issues so bare with me. Perhaps I did something wrong but it seems to stop at around %5 and then stops working. Ive tried finding solutions online but couldnt find any.

Does this issue still occurs to you on newest version of Launcher?
Have you tried to install the newest Launcher from the Microsoft Store and see if the issue occurs there?
