[MCL-18877] Have to login to Mojang account every launch

I have two (unmigrated) Mojang accounts, one I use on Linux, the other on Windows, but in both instances I have to log in every single launch.

An attachment with a disallowed file extension has been removed from this ticket.

I have a similar problem. I'm using Ubuntu 20.04 though.

The launcher remembers the password again.

After a system reinstallation the launcher forgets the password again. Could be a KDE thing though.

Today the launcher remembered the password twice and forgot it again. Is the source of the problem on Mojang's side? I'm using an updated version of Kubuntu 20.04 (KDE Plasma version 5.18.5). I hope the problem will be fixed...

Could you answer few questions regarding this issue, it will help with the investigation:
Does this issue still occurs to you on newest version of Launcher?
Have you tried to install the newest Launcher from the Microsoft Store for Windows?
