[MCL-19853] launcher.dll

hello microsoft, minecraft does not start, it gives an error Couldnt load launcher core from "C: / Program Files (x86) / Minecraft Launcher / game / launcher.dll": LoadErrorNotPresent please tell me what to do, because I have been trying to solve for two days this problem and I still can't, PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM
