Minecraft Launcher takes a very long time to load.

When I launch the launcher, it's on the "Loading Page" screen for about 1 minute on the "Update Notes" . It normally takes between 2 - 5 seconds. If it takes too long, a program called "Safe Eyes" with I am unable to disable or uninstall, blocks it and the Play button is disabled. Sometimes like today, it took me three tries to get the lanucher all loaded. I only have one screenshot at the moment.
