when I try to access the new laucher from a microsoft account the application crashes without giving any notification about the type of error.
I am in windows 10 and with the old launcher I tried to log in with the microsoft account and it worked

Please, attach launcher_log.txt file.
Have you checked if the Launcher process appears at the task manager and then force quit it?
Could you try to reinstall the Launcher? After deleting it, find .minecraft and delete the file - what is important that this file should be deleted from the trash bin, because corrupted files from the old .minecraft file may interract with the newly generated .minecraft file.
Does this issue occur on the newest version of Launcher?
Does this issue occur on minecraft.net website/MS store version of the Launcher?
Have you tried to install Launcher from the minecraft.net website/MS store?
Are you logged in in both Xbox app, MS store, and Launcher with the same MS account?
Have you tried signing out of all your Windows Apps, and the signing in again?
Is your Windows and associated apps (Xbox app, MS store) up-to-date?
