[MCL-20108] java.lang.IllegalStateException: failed to create a child event loop

Hi today I downloaded the latest Launcher edition. After having it installed minecraft can't connect to any server and gets the above reported error java.lang.IllegalStateException: failed to create a child event loop

Could someone help?

1.I launch Minecraft Launcher

2.Select Play

3.Game loads

4.Select Multiplayer

5.Says Can't connect to server

6.click on server on the servers list

7.got the title's error
