[MCL-20401] Minecraft Installer Error 0x803F8001

Whenever I try installing and opening the Installer this message pops up:

Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

I've tried reinstalling the launcher and restarting my computer and nothing has worked.

Please try logging out and back into the Microsoft store and seeing if this solves the issue.

i have exactly the same issue. I am logged into the store. I have re-booted the machine several times. You took my money quickly enough and I have nothing for it. Either this issue is resolved and I get what I paid for or I want a refund. That will be easy won't it...
