I attempted to open the new minecraft launcher. An error window immediately appeared reading "no applicable app licenses found." I attempted several times and this issue persisted. I restarted my laptop and tried it again to no avail. Running it as administrator prompted me with the question "Do you want the following application to make changes to your device?" For context, I have already run minecraft java on this computer multiple times. I answered "yes." After a moment, the same error message reappeared.
After a while of doing other work on this laptop, I tried to open the launcher again just to see if I could get any further details on the error. This time, the launcher booted up smoothly as normal and seems fine. This is probably a low-priority bug as a result, but I couldn't find it specifically on the feedback site, so I figured I should report. Included below should be a screenshot of the error window.

You are correct, it seems like that is the same bug. Do you know if I should delete this myself since it's a duplicate or let a mod do it? Also no problem!
