Upon opening the Launcher, it gets stuck on the loading screen as shown in the screenshots. I have also uploaded my launcher logs.
To recreate:
Perform a clean install (or use your old configuration, I don't think it matters) and open the Launcher. You should see the loading animation over and over.
(If you did a clean install, on the second launch the Launcher will get stuck.)
Attempted fixes:
waiting 10 minutes
restarting PC
updating drivers
clean install of Minecraft (temporary fix)
reinstall Minecraft altogether
Unfortunately the only way to play Minecraft is to do a clean install which only works once.
(After a bit of testing I found the problematic file being the "launcher_accounts_microsoft_store.json")

I looked at the "launcher_accounts_microsoft_store.json" file with Notepad++ alongside "launcher_accounts.json", and I changed the "activeAccountLocalId", "localId", and the set of characters in the third line of "launcher_accounts_microsoft_store.json" to be the same as the Ids in "launcher_accounts.json". I hope this makes sense to you and allows you to open the launcher without it endlessly loading.
