i recently found out that gnome-keyring is only working properly with the launcher if it has already been unlocked before, but if it is unlocked with the launcher, for some reasons, it doesn't enter the credentials, errors out, and i have to enter my credentials manually. However, if i unlock gnome-keyring with another application that uses it, then i have no issues and get connected immediately into the launcher. I am currently on Void Linux, but that was also happening on KDE Neon.
