when I update my Minecraft skin png on photoshop or something and click save and go to the launcher it does not update. is it an intended feature or is it a bug, if so can u make a button called editable or something so that it changes or not when the png is updated

However, this issue Works as intended.
The Launcher has no auto-refreshing tool for the manual skins updates. Whenever you would like to change your skin, it should be changed manually in the Launcher as well.
