I am having a problem with the Launcher.
When I open the Launcher you recognize my account only that to the right of the play button there is written "Player" and the Play button says "Play Offline".
If I click the button it tells me:
"OPS, it has occurred in error while connecting our servers".
But even if I remove and reconnect the connection, the Launcher does not start
I hope I have been understood.

Please, attach launcher_log.txt file and screenshots of the issue (in English).
Could you try to reinstall the Launcher? After deleting it, find .minecraft and delete the file - what is important that this file should be deleted from the trash bin, because corrupted files from the old .minecraft file may interact with the newly generated .minecraft file.
Does the issue occur on the new Launcher from Microsoft Store?
Is your Windows up-to-date?
