When I loaded into the launcher, no installations or skins were there. I checked the .minecraft folder and they were still there. I re-installed 1.18.2 and no save files were there. Still in the folder. None of the files are corrupt, they just aren't loading.

Please, attach launcher_log.txt file and screenshots/video of the issue.
Could you try to reinstall the Launcher? After deleting it, find .minecraft and delete the file - what is important that this file should be deleted from the trash bin, because corrupted files from the old .minecraft file may interract with the newly generated .minecraft file.
Have you tried to download new Launcher from MS Store and see if the issue occurs there?
