Play Button Animation Only Plays on Java Page

Bug

The animation played by the play button when scrolling down is only played occasionally on Bedrock and Dungeons pages.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Turn on the "Animate play button on the Play pages in the Launcher" setting

2. Navigate to Bedrock or Dungeons page

3. Scroll down (if the animation plays try again; the animation plays occasionally, but the majority of times it does not play)
