In the Minecraft launcher, if you go to the Minecraft Legends tab the button that currently says "Coming Soon" is slightly transparent at the top. Comparing it to all other buttons, they are not transparent.
Recreate:
Open Minecraft Launcher
Click on the "Minecraft Legends" tab.
Look at the button.
If the button is transparent, it's indicating that it's coming soon or you could not play, so it may not be a bug or an issue.
