The launcher icon defauts to the old one when the buttons on the task bar are set to never conbine.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set task bar buttons to never conbine on task bar configuration (Windows).

2. Open launcher.

Still affects version 2.3.562 (New Windows App). Probably related to MCL-16780.
