The Bug:
If you exit Edit skin menu via pressing Cancel button, Minecraft Launcher flashes white.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Minecraft Launcher;
2. After loading open Skins tab;
3. Hover your mouse over any skin;
4. Click three dots and press Edit;
5. Press Cancel;
6. Notice Minecraft Launcher flashing.
Observed Behavior:
Minecraft Launcher flashes white.
Expected Behavior:
Minecraft Launcher closes Edit skin without flashing.

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Won't Fix.
Please note that this is not the same as Working as Intended, as this bug report correctly describes behavior in the game that might not be the intended or desirable behavior, but it will not be fixed right now. Sometimes, this is because the issue reported is minor and/or impossible to change without large architectural changes to the code base.
