When the cursor is hovering over the lower edge of the "New skins available in the Launcher!" button prompt, it shakes rapidly.
Details:
On the Minecraft: Java Edition tab of the Launcher, there is a new button prompt. This graphical glitch occurs while hovering the cursor over the lower edge of this prompt, causing the button to start activating and deactivating rapidly. It seems like the Launcher could not decide if I'm hovering over the prompt or not. It is so fast, my cursor appears fractured. It is migrane-inducing, hurting the eyes. It is only a narrow line below the button, but I can replicate it pretty consistently. I could not reproduce it with the simmilar prompt on the Bedrock Edition tab though, nor with the other edges of the button.
How to replicate:
Open the Launcher.
Navigate to the Java Edition tab.
On the bottom-ish left side of the cover art, there is a "New skins available in the Launcher!" prompt, with the icon of a Wandering Trader.
Hover over the prompt – it will activate a white outline around it.
Move the cursor to the lover edge of the white outline. It might take a few tries, but it can be done pretty consistently. Use the numpad mouse function for best results.
The button will shake rapidly, and flicker on- and off.
