Skin library does not refresh the preview whenever you change the cape

The Bug:

The skin library does not update the preview every time you change the cape, but only when you navigate to a different page in order to force an actualization of the preview image.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Open the launcher and go to the Minecraft: Java Edition tab.

• Go to the Skins page and edit an existing skin that already has a cape equipped.

• Change it to a different cape and click "Save".

→ ❌ The preview image in the skin library still displays the previous cape.

• Go to another page, such as Installations, and then back again.

→ ✔ The preview image in the skin library is updated and displays the currently selected cape.

Observed Behavior:

The skin library does not update the preview every time you change the cape.

Expected Behavior:

The skin library updates the preview every time you change the cape, without the need to force an update by switching to a new page.
