When opening the launcher, it consumes too much resources, (comparing to previus iterations) both in gpu, and cpu. Getting over the 40% (up to 80% in the case of the cpu).
Its more noticeable when using the cherry groove video screen.
Killing the subtask that is more demanding makes the launcher go to black.

Relates to MCL-23460, though I am unable to reproduce this on a Windows 10 Pro 22H2, Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600K CPU, 32GB DDR4 RAM, and Radeon RX 570 8GB GDDR5 GPU machine.
Here's a recreation of the bug. I run on a
OS : Win11 build : 22621.1848 (version 22H2)
CPU : 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400H @ 2.70GHz 2.69 GHz
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
RAM : 16 Go of DDR4
There's a real issue here, It only consumes all CPU ressources when the "video illustration" is active
