Minecraft game keeps failing to connect to friends

Every time I load up minecraft and try to join a friend I met with a screen that tells me about an abandoned connection or Detected Lost Connection like what is this 😐 this was never in minecraft before. To make things worse it doesn't matter how many times I restart the game on pc or Xbox this issue will exist 🤔  so now I'm stuck thinking how yall destroyed the game and perhaps this minecraft community. Alot of my friends have stop playing minecraft cause of this. And like I said 15+ years on minecraft is a long time. Thanks for ruining my dreams devs you yet destroyed another 1y & 6mo project for me twice 🥲
