[MCL-23650] authentication servers are not working in turkey

many turkish players gets the same error when joining a server and starting minecraft launcher!
it was working for all of us some hours ago but doesnt work now

I witnessed the reports come in along with Greymagic, and it appears that at least one user in Azerbaijan, which borders Turkey, is also affected.

This issue does not seem to be caused by any one specific ISP.

It is affecting both Bedrock and Java players.

Mobile players in the affected region are still able to switch to cellular data to continue playing around the issue.

In Turkiye and some countries on its border, no access to any Minecraft services can be provided. The problems do not seem to be caused by the internet provider. In general, minecraft.net works very slowly, and other services cannot be reached in any way. The source of the problem is currently unknown.

I have attached the launcher_log.txt file to help. I also logged into a few games connected to xbox services, as I thought the problem might be caused by xbox services. No problems with xbox services in other games.

On a site reporting outages over Turkey, there seems to be an outage starting at 17:00 (GMT+3) Turkish time. At the same time, especially Minecraft, some xbox live services and some microsoft services seem to be affected. I have attached the chart as an attachment.

We have a small group and a small server in minecraft and we have members all around Türkiye. Same problem. Everyone is going through the same issue, has the same error message and as far as I know its been going on like this for almost 4+ hours.

I hope this gets fixed very soon!

Hello again, the problem seems to be solved. For those who still get the same error, I recommend making backups of the save files and reinstalling the game. A few of my friends' problems were solved this way.
