deleting my account access

This has happened multiple times now to where if I haven't played any Minecraft for an extended period of time when I attempt to play again it prompts me to create a username which shouldn't happen because I am logged in so when I input my username in the box it says its in use because I am using it! Evidence I can provide is that I was added to a server whitelist under the username "ADHBombus" and played under that name on that server for several days. I was and still am logged into my Microsoft account, pictured below, so it can be reasoned that the two, with the same name, are perhaps connected. I just wanna play minecraft with my friends
