Cannot log into minecraft account

I tried to log into my minecraft account to play minecraft and it will not let me get passed the log in screen. I tried changing my password and restarting my computer but it still will not let me in. It says SocketException: Connection reset. I have two accounts and I cannot even get on the other one ether. Please help, Kyle5953c
