I was uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft, and for some reason all my worlds are all gone and my settings are back to default! Is there a way to get it back please? Thank you!

If you did not back up your world file or options.txt before uninstalling, they will be lost forever.
In the future, please always backup your .minecraft folder before uninstalling the game.
