I am having the exact same issue.

This is the launcher log that may be needed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I cannot sign into my Xbox App either.

I am playing on Windows 11.

I have fixed the problem. I signed out, uninstalled, and ran a computer cleaning for junk files and temporary files, and then re-installed the launcher. It saved everything for me, including the installations, skins, and account. I don't know if this would work for anyone else.

This is usually an issue relating to missing dependencies or services not running correctly. Please see if the fix below works, if not please contact community support.

1) Press WIN + R and type services.msc
2) Find iphelper and change the startup type to automatic then start it
3) Find IKE and Auth IPsec Keying Modules and change the startup type to automatic then start it
4) Find Xbox Live Auth Manager and change the startup type to automatic then start it
5) Find Xbox Live Networking Service and change the startup type to automatic then start it
6) Restart your PC
