[MCL-24077] I did not get a Migration Cape.

❌ The Bug
When I go to the "skins" page, despite my migration, I don't have the cape.

How to recreate:
Migration is over, so you can't.

And please stop listing 2.2.2040 as the affected version in all your reports if you're not using it, but the latest launcher version.
