There is no pirate language like there is in-game.
What I expected to happen was...:
Hit dropdown and there is Pirate English listed in the dropdown.
What actually happened was...:
There is no Pirate language.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to settings
2. Click the language dropdown
3. Loop for Pirate Speak language
Languages with low approval percentage aren't available in the Launcher. Not a bug.
